If a Fire Breaks Out
Call 999 IMMEDIATELY
It goes without saying, but if a fire breaks out at the property,
call 999 immediately.

If You Have No Heating or Hot Water
First check whether this issue is caused by low pressure. You can do this by checking your pressure gauge to see if it is below 1. If it is, it may need repressurising. If it’s caused by an issue with your thermostat, please check the device’s manufacturer guide for a possible solution.
If repressuring the boiler does not solve the issue, please call our emergency plumber on 07802 299 157 and he will attend as soon as he is able.

If you have an uncontrollable water leak, call the number above for our emergency plumber and carry out the following steps to the best of your ability:
1. Find the source of the leak and try to catch the water in some form of container
2. Locate and turn off the stop tap* Turn the handle clockwise
3. Switch off the electricity
* In a home the inside stop tap is usually located under the kitchen sink but can also be found in the following places:
Other kitchen cupboards
Downstairs bathroom or toilet
Garage or utility room
Under the stairs
